Description:  ​Downton Abbey , Victoria , The Crown, Call The Midwife, Foyle's War ….for those of you who have thoroughly enjoyed these and other wildly popular BBC productions , come join us for exciting discussions of these series that have gripped the attention of an international audience.  The historical backdrop of the series will be part of the lively discussions of how these productions have provided a window into the lives of the 'commoner' to the crowned heads of each era. The historical backdrop of Victorian and Edwardian Britain , as well as the post WWI and II period characterized by upheaval, tragedy and the fallout both personal and national will be an essential part of the discussions.  Be ready to even dress up as 1  or more of your favorite characters if you wish!
