Did you know that the Lyme bacteria, Borrelia burgdorferi is a cousin to syphilis? The CDC estimates 300,000 cases annually in the U.S. Program content will discuss why these diseases are so difficult to test, diagnose and treat and the controversy surrounding them.  Information about the co-infections, such as Babesiosis and Anaplasmosis, will be discussed.
