Hello, Friends!
Once again, congratulations on a very successful sale! Thanks to the generous number of donations and to the hard work of so many of the Friends in sorting, organizing and manning the book sale, our two-day total was our best ever! This money is used for everything from the numerous museum passes we provide to our patrons, to children’s programming, tech support and even new furniture and fixtures for our beloved Southborough Library. A hardy congratulations, indeed!
A few housekeeping notes: we will meet this Wednesday, June 16th at 10:00 a.m., for our last meeting for the summer. We will discuss the book sale and other matters. Please dress down a bit as Prudence and I need some help still in clearing the book sale room.Â
Also, two officer positions are available and we urge all to consider contributing to the Friends in this essential way.Friends of the Southborough Public Library
